Dr. Jazz Suite Policies and Conditions
Standard Policies
- All reservations subject to availability.
- You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our suite.
- No smoking is allowed in the suite.
- No pets are allowed in the suite.
- A credit card deposit is required. You will be required to pay for any damage incurred inside the suite during your stay.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. No exceptions are allowed.
Contest policies
- One entry per family or household. Multiple entries will be removed from the drawing.
- Credit card deposit is required. You will be required to pay for any damage incurred inside the suite during your stay.
- Winning night's stay is subject to availability.
- All Standard Policies apply.
